The Value Of Friendship

For the past couple of weeks, my life has been put through hell thanks to a guy that i thought was my friend. The situations has been crazy. I have been lied on, bet on and mentally and emotionally abused by the students of my school. I depended on the people that call themselves my friends to be there for me, but i caught myself standing alone in the midst of my own sorrow. That made me realize that i don't have a lot a "real" friends as they would call it. I had never been put in a situation like this before to the point where i just wanted to go pure crazy. I do appreciate the people that were there for me and stood by my side, but for the ones who were supposed to be my friends...thanks for nothing. The major lesson that i pulled out of this experience is to sit back and learn the people you surround yourself with, because if you don't then you may have some failures in the end. So what i am basically saying to you all who may read this blog is to really appreciate the friends you have whether you have 1 friend or 100 friends, because you never know when you are going to need those special people.
